Our Facilities & Services

We are licensed for dogs and cats and accept all breeds and sizes. All cats and dogs have their own purpose built chalet or kennel, which is cleaned everyday, throughout the day. Our hygiene standards are exceptional!

Each kennel has an indoor sleeping area with under-floor heating, outside covered run and for a small charge, we can provide a heat lamp for additional heating. Cattery chalets come with radiator heating, a heat pad and plenty of toys, with music round the clock.

We are happy to cater for special diets and fussy eaters. Should you wish to bring in your own food, that's absolutely fine (however, there is no reduction in kennelling fee if own food is provided).

We have a good, long established relationship with our vets and would not hesitate to call at any time if needed. Indeed, we are used by several vets for their own animals. We are licenced by Opens in new window Wiltshire Council and insured with Opens in new windowPetplan.

All our dogs are walked daily over the downs.

We are happy to accept pets on medication including injections.

Clients may wish to bring something from home that is familiar to their pets - we are happy to accept toys and blankets (NOT beds) but cannot take any responsibility for them. We provide bedding on raised beds.

Our prices are the same throughout the year, with no extra charge for holidays, Christmas, bank holidays etc. Please phone us for a quote on 01672 841224.
